September 25th, 2017 2017 Jason Bertoniere’s Team Favorite Interior Paint Colors
So far this year we have completed hundreds of interior painting projects. Needless to say, we have gone through many, many gallons of paint and colors. Though it is never easy to choose a few favorite colors, since there are so many truly stunning options, we did our best to narrow the list down to five gorgeous colors. For your inspiration, 2017 Favorite Interior Paint Colors are White Dove, Hale Navy, Chelsea Gray, Tapestry Beige, and Skylight.
Hale Navy HC-154 | Benjamin Moore
With a strong and vivid yet classic appearance, Hale Navy is the perfect navy blue. There are no other navy blues that can compete in terms of color depth and versatilily. By far the most sought after navy blue for some time now, Hale Navy is a favorite for furniture, interior and exterior surfaces alike.
If you are considering making Hale Navy one of your Favorite Interior Paint Colors, keep in mind that it is a very dark blue, so lighting will play a major role in the overall feel of your space. As with any dark hues, rooms with lots of natural light will be ideal, as Hale Navy will not make your space feel closed up and from the “dark ages.” If you do have rooms lacking adequate natural light but you love Hale Navy as much as we do, you can always use this perfection of a navy on an accent wall or ceiling. In addition, accent items like an island or pieces of furniture are perfect for Hale Navy too.
White Dove OC-17 | Benjamin Moore
An all-time favorite and one of the most harmonious hues out there, we could not resist but to make OC-17 White Dove is irresistible as one of 2017 Favorite Interior Paint Colors. A third year in a row winner, OC-17 White Dove gets along beautifully with all decorating styles and tastes.
Homeowners and professionals are equally taken by this stunning off-white. Consequently, this crisp, honest, and fulfilling color is one of the most popular shades in the country. OC-17 White Dove has become a go-to paint color, especially if you have lots of art work to display.
Chelsea Gray 2580 | Sherwin Williams
Grays are not particularly warm colors; they certainly don’t come across as vivid and bold colors. Yet Sherwin Williams Chelsea Gray 2580 can be as bold and vivid a background as they come. If you are looking to add modern, sophisticated tone to your space, Chelsea Gray is your color.
Mainly used in dining rooms and studies, Chelsea Gray goes fabulously with antique brass and golds light fixtures and furnishing. Another reason Chelsea Gray made the 2017 Favorite Interior Paint Colors list is because it looks amazing in high-gloss. Remember, high-gloss paint adds drama and sophistication to any space, so it is not wonder it works so well with Chelsea Gray.
Tapestry Beige OC-32 | Benjamin Moore
At the summit of elegance, you will find Tapestry Beige OC-32. If you are like most people, as soon as you hear the word “beige” your first reaction is a big “no way.” But Tapestry Beige is definitely Favorite Interior Paint Colors list worthy. Unlike typical beige colors that predominately have yellow undertones, Tapestry Beige has a beautiful and appealing gray undertone.
Talk about a versatile color–this stunning beige looks amazing in every style. Absolutely gorgeous in a subtle way, Tapestry Beige excels in Satin Impervo oil and high-gloss Fine Paints of Europe.
Skylight 205 | Farrow-Ball
Next is the never-ending timeless obsession with Farrow & Ball. As a painting contractor who loves everything paint related, choosing one color from the Farrow & Ball collection is virtually impossible. Homeowners and decorators who have seen Farrow & Ball firsthand know exactly what we mean. Nonetheless, Skylight 205 is one of those shades that will completely captive you.
This pale blue has a very nice gray under body. Skylight 205 looks amazing in bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, and anywhere else in your home. One of the best things about this color is that it looks very different at different times of the day. It is almost as if you are in a new space every time you walk in the room. It just never gets boring.
Well, there you have it. Jason Bertoniere Painting Contractor 2017 Favorite Interior Paint Colors. We hope that you like these colors as much as we do and that we inspire you to give your space a little freshening up.
